As global chief digital officer at TOMS, Zita Cassizzi is responsible for the global digital business, including profit and loss, social, mobile, customer engagement and support, web development as well as creating a unique omnichannel, direct-to-consumer experience. She joined TOMS in 2012 and previously spent 16 years at Dell. Ms. Cassizzi has 20 years of experience in direct business leadership and e-commerce in a global setting. She loves solving complex challenges based on data and analytics, creating global strategies and building high-performing teams and businesses. Ms. Cassizzi is a cofounder of a women's networking organization. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
