As President and Chief Creative Officer of Little, a Minneapolis-based branding agency that was just named a Silver Midwest Small Agency of the Year by Ad Age, he drives the company's design principles that underscore critical initiatives developed for key clients such as Target, Microsoft, Lowe’s, Sealy, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and others. Prior to joining Little, Joe worked for the Edison Group, the design arm of Minneapolis-based agency Martin|Williams. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD). At home, Joe is a husband, dad, bike enthusiast, and amateur chef.
