Elisabeth Charles drives the vision and strategy for brand marketing, creative, and consumer loyalty. She also spearheads consumer engagement, marketing for product launches, and global campaigns, and drives forward the brand’s digital marketing strategy.
Ms. Charles brings more than 25 years of experience scaling and managing international, high-growth companies and driving marketing campaigns for iconic brands. Most recently, she was the SVP and GM at Old Navy Outlet, following CMO roles at Old Navy and Athleta. She has also held executive marketing roles at Petco Animal Supplies and Victoria’s Secret.
Ms. Charles earned a bachelor’s degree in international political economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and has a master’s degree from Harvard Business School.
