Juliana Chugg
Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer / Mattel, Inc.

With oversight for all aspects of marketing strategy, creative execution, and product develop-ment across Mattel's iconic core brands (including Barbie, Hot Wheels, American Girl, and Mon-ster High), Juliana Chugg is responsible for driving continued innovation throughout the portfo-lio.

Prior to joining Mattel, Ms. Chugg held a number of senior leadership positions at General Mills, Inc., including president of its meals division and its Pillsbury division. Earlier in her career, Ms. Chugg held brand management roles at Berri Australia, a leading branded beverage provider.

Ms. Chugg earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in market-ing at the University of South Australia in Adelaide.
