Cathy Clift is an executive planning director and head of strategic planning for JWT’s health care accounts, responsible for creating new connections between brands, consumers and markets, on behalf of Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Sunovion and Bayer brands. Ms. Clift began her career at JWT in London and since then has built and led strategic planning teams at some of the most highly regarded agencies in Europe and the U.S., including Goodby Silverstein & Partners, TBWA Chiat\Day and McCann Erickson.  In 2000 she took a sabbatical from traditional ad agencies to move into the world of direct and digital marketing, where she designed innovative digital insight tools for clients including Toyota, Sony PlayStation, Kraft Foods, Bank of America, and Novartis, BMS and Merck. She joined JWT New York in 2010 to take advantage of the unique opportunities the agency offers to combine brand building creativity with analytic rigor and digital innovation.
