Lou Cohen is the director of digital marketing and demand generation for EY, where his team is responsible for a broad range of marketing capabilities, including management of EY.com, digital strategy, paid media, signature programs, marketing technology, and analytics for the U.S. and the Americas region.
Previously, Mr. Cohen was the CMO of Wolters Kluwer’s U.S. legal and regulatory division, SVP and head of external digital marketing for Citi’s consumer businesses, and regional manager for media network and search account management teams at Microsoft Advertising. He began his career as an internet entrepreneur, which led to general manager and director roles at several e-commerce startups.
Mr. Cohen holds a B.S. in industrial management and entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College. He teaches M.B.A. and undergraduate courses in digital marketing, search engine marketing, and social media strategies at Baruch College as well as the NYU Stern School of Business.
