Sheryl Connelly is the chief futurist for Ford Motor Company, where she’s responsible for identifying global trends and exploring potential implications and cascading these insights throughout the company, including design, product development, and corporate strategy.
Ms. Connelly is a member of the Global Advisory Council on Transportation for the World Economic Forum. She has been a featured speaker at TED Global, and appeared on CBS This Morning, CNBC’s Fast Money, and NPR’s All Things Considered with Robert Siegel.
Before joining Ford, Ms. Connelly practiced law. In addition to a juris doctorate, she holds a bachelor’s in finance and a master’s in business administration. When her schedule permits, she teaches design research at the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit.
