Farah Cook is counsel at Kilpatrick Townsend, where she concentrates her practice on technology-focused commercial agreements, software development, and licensing of intellectual property, strategic alliances, content distribution, and SaaS products.
In addition to her technology and commercial law background, Ms. Cook brings promotional marketing, digital transactions, and advertising experience. Further, she has worked on acquisitions and diligence projects, with a particular focus on analyzing IP issues, commercial contracts, content provider agreements, and privacy matters.
Ms. Cook has a B.A. in French from Spelman College and an M.A. in French cultural studies from Columbia University. She earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law.
