Maurice Cooper is the Senior Vice President of guest and brand experience marketing at Target, where he’s responsible for all omnichannel traffic-driving activity and leads a team that develops brand strategy and executes brand marketing. He is also on the Board of Advisors for the ANA’s Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM).
Previously, Mr. Cooper served in multiple positions at Wingstop Restaurants, including CMO, EVP, and chief growth and experience officer. He also held progressive domestic and global brand leadership responsibility at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), was a “next generation leader” and standout marketer at The Coca-Cola Company, where he also served as a general manager of the venturing and emerging brands business unit, and began his career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Mr. Cooper is a graduate of the Darden School of Business at University of Virginia, where he received his M.B.A., and Morehouse College, where he received a B.A. in marketing.
