I have been at American Family Insurance for 2 years. Whereas, my primary focus over this time has been the development of our customer service chatbot as well as utilizing multiple data sources to do deep dive analytics to drive our production cycle for the chatbot.  

Prior to joining American Family Insurance, I began my career at Finish Line's Corporate headquarters and then joined Sears Holdings, this resulted in a combined total of 14 years of retail experience.  My main focus at Sears Holdings was member analytics and insights along with data application development to drive decisions throughout the corporation.

I am married to my husband, Jason and we have two wonderful children; Lucas and Olivia.  We are a busy family and love to do outdoor activities.  Since moving to Madison, WI we have come to love snow skiing as a family, as the kids learned it for the first time this year. We are excited to explore more of the area this summer to find new places to hike and new outdoor activities to do.
