Following 25 years in customer service and sales management within the for-profit sector, Libby Czerlinsky began her career with Operation Smile in 2012 as the Sr. Manager of Donor Services. In 2013, she was promoted to Director of Donor Services and continues to lead the charge for donor gratitude, engagement and support. Libby has worked fervently to bridge the gap between Direct Response and Philanthropy, implementing Prospect Research as an extension Donor Services and creating a cultivation culture that includes donors at all levels to ensure the very best donor experience. Libby holds a B.S. degree in Communication Arts from James Madison University.
