Sarah Dale is a legal and marketing professional with a successful record of balancing business and creative matters on behalf of corporate clients. Ms. Dale has worked extensively with clients in connection with their sports and entertainment marketing investments and initiatives, including brand strategy, acquisition of property/naming rights, partnership management, integrated marketing campaigns, branded experiences, talent procurement, and negotiation and execution of marketing and licensing agreements. At her prior firms and as in-house counsel for McDonald’s, Sarah provided legal counsel to global marketing and communications partners in connection with advertising, marketing and intellectual property practices. Sarah has presented on topics relating to current issues in sponsorships and brand integrations, social media platforms and digital advertising compliance. She is a member of WISE (Women in Sports and Events) and LCA (Lawyers for the Creative Arts). Sarah is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Law and the Missouri School of Journalism. She is admitted to the bars of the state of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois.
