Nikki Darden
Head of Internal Brand & Global Integration / Citi

Nikki Darden is the head of internal brand engagement and global integration at Citi, where she’s responsible for bringing the brand to life; driving diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout Citi’s marketing ecosystem; amplifying the company’s ESG and purpose initiatives; and ensuring the brand experience is consistent across the world.

Previously at Citi, Ms. Darden led the company’s global loyalty program and held leadership roles in customer engagement strategy, customer experience, and segmentation strategy for Citi Cards in the U.S. Before joining the company, she spent more than a decade at American Express, where she held a variety of roles across its consumer cards and global commercial card divisions.

Ms. Darden is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
