Gilbert Dávila

Gilbert Dávila is the president and CEO of DMI Consulting, which he co-founded to provide multicultural and inclusive marketing and strategic services to corporate clients looking to expand their business opportunities by targeting diverse segments. He is also the co-founder and a board member of the ANA’s Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM) as well as the co-founder and chair of the ANA Multicultural Marketing and Diversity Committee.

Mr. Dávila spent more than two decades working as a senior corporate marketing executive and multicultural market expert at Procter & Gamble; Coca Cola USA; Sears, Roebuck and Co.; and The Walt Disney Co., where he served as the head of multicultural marketing and global diversity.
