Dr. Shirley Davis, SPHR, is an accomplished corporate executive, global workforce and talent management expert, international professional speaker, executive coach, and author of the new book, “Reinvent Yourself: Strategies for Achieving Success in Every Area of Your Life.” She is also the president and CEO of SDS Enterprises, LLC, a global workforce and talent management solutions firm.
Dr. Davis has been featured and quoted in various media outlets including NBC’s The Today Show, Wall Street Journal, Essence Magazine, Black Enterprise Magazine, and Diversity Woman Magazine. Dr. Davis was named one of the Top 100 Corporate Executives in America by Uptown Professional Magazine in the past 3 years as well as in 2014.
Dr. Davis holds a B.A. in pre-law with a minor in communications from the University of Maryland, College Park; a certificate in organizational change from the Darden School of Business Executive Education Program; Harvard School of Business Management Development courses; Master of Science Degree in HR administration from Central Michigan University; and a Ph.D. in business & organization management from Capella University.
