John Dillon is vice president and head of marketing for Denny’s Corporation. Denny's is the franchisor and operator of one of America's largest franchised, full-service restaurant chains, currently with almost 1,700 franchised, licensed, and company restaurants around the world, in all 50 states and 11 countries. He is responsible for leading all marketing efforts for the company. This includes brand marketing and strategy, broadcast media, digital and social strategy, product marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, menus and merchandising, field marketing, consumer/brand insights, promotional partnership development, and business segment strategy. In 2013 Mr. Dillon was recognized by Advertising Age as a media maven for his work in the rejuvenation of the Denny’s brand. Prior to joining Denny’s, Mr. Dillon held multiple marketing leadership positions within various organizations, including Yum! Brands/Pizza Hut and the National Basketball Association.
