Robert (Bob) E. Dixon, Jr. is the director of product technology and innovation for the United States Postal Service, where he oversees the development of new technology-based products and services that extend the suite of postal service offerings to both consumers and businesses.
Mr. Dixon has been with USPS for more than two decades and began his postal career as a contract employee assisting in the development of the original PostalOne! application and early customer identity and analytics solutions. He later led development of the full-service platform and took over the technical implementation of USPS.com. Prior to joining the postal service, Mr. Dixon served as VP of a professional services startup focusing on web technologies serving commercial and government clients.
Mr. Dixon graduated with a B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
