Forrest Dougan is a senior data scientist at Zillow, where he leads the company’s marketing analytics and data science initiatives, creating analytics and growth learning paths that align data collection, model building, and strategic decisions to increase the market share and transactions in Zillow Group’s iBuyer effort. He also oversees execution and communication of Zillow Offers’ marketing effectiveness for paid, owned, and earned channels, as well as incrementality and lifetime value modeling for campaigns and audiences.
Previously, Mr. Dougan spent time in real estate consulting, supply chain analytics, and marketing and growth at the educational technology startup Varsity Tutors.
Mr. Dougan earned his B.S. in economics with a minor in mathematics from the University of Missouri.
