Nicholas (Nick) Drake is executive vice president, marketing and experience at T-Mobile, the company that’s changing wireless for good. Mr. Drake heads up all marketing efforts, including brand strategy, advertising, media buying, regional/local marketing, sponsorships, events, T-Mobile Tuesdays, the T-Mobile website and app, digital commerce and digital experiences. Prior to T-Mobile, Nick served as the global chief marketing officer of Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes for Quiksilver, Inc. From 2009 to 2013, he was the managing director of advertising agency TBWA\Chiat\Day in Los Angeles. Mr. Drake held various positions within Adidas global brand marketing and global sports marketing divisions from 2003 until 2009. He also acted as an advisor to First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” initiative, was a speaker at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and served on the boards of various technology startups. Prior to his executive career, Nick was a former professional rugby player and England Sevens team representative. When he’s not busy spreading the T-Mobile love, Mr. Drake enjoys surfing, playing rugby, the Seattle Seahawks, Chelsea FC, his dog Charlee, going on adventures with his family and sharing GIFs.
