Phil Drapeau joined Keurig Green Mountain (now Keurig Dr Pepper) in 2013 as director of international expansion, Keurig Brand, leading teams in international business development and strategy, brand creation, innovation, and commercialization for the Keurig appliance business. Now, as VP of Keurig brand marketing, Mr. Drapeau is in charge of a holistic marketing plan and communication strategy for the disruptive, rapidly growing Keurig single-cup system, which includes overseeing all TV, digital, social, PR, shopper, and ecommerce marketing activities for the brand.
Over the past two years, Mr. Drapeau has been responsible for the development of a multi-year innovation pipeline and launch of seven new coffee brewer platforms completely transforming Keurig’s product lineup and fueling a rapid increase in consumer household adoption.
Mr. Drapeau previously worked on the Gillette brand for Procter & Gamble, leading creative development and deployment of the global “Gillette Champions” sports marketing platform. He also spearheaded a multi-brand partnership with EA Sports and Microsoft to bring a first-of-its-kind global gaming competition to consumers across 25 countries in North and South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
