Kacey Dreby joined Johnson & Johnson in 2001 and currently holds the position of Group Brand Director in US Skincare. In her role, she leads the creation of marketing programs to increase brand equity and market share, and ultimately drive sales growth on her brands. She is responsible for programs like Today’s JOHNSON’S® Baby of the Week and the JOHNSON’S® Baby response to the 2013 birth of Prince George – recognized by Ad Age as one of the top 3 branded responses to the event. Her portfolio of work also includes brands like DESITIN®, TYLENOL®, MOTRIN® and NEUTROGENA®. Kacey received her B.S. from University of California, Berkeley and MBA from Villanova University.
