Mr. Dresden’s works divides between advising on regulatory issues with the Advertising Standards Authority, Clearcast, Ofcom and other regulators; commercial advice; drafting and negotiating client/agency agreements and celebrity talent contracts; content advice for advertising and sales promotion campaigns in the U.K. and abroad; and dispute resolution, such as third-party claims of IP infringement in advertising campaigns. Brinsley is ranked in Band 1 for advertising law by Chambers directory, the Legal 500 and in Super Lawyers, and is the only lawyer included in the Campaign “A-list” of the 500 most influential figures in the U.K. advertising industry. He is also listed in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame 2018.
