Rob Driscoll represents advertisers, advertising agencies, marketing services providers, digital services, and publishers in all aspects of advertising, marketing, and promotion law. He regularly negotiates a wide range of marketing-related agreements, including agency/client, talent, production, media buying, and music licensing agreements, and has significant experience with branded entertainment projects, sponsorships, co-marketing programs, brand integrations, and live events. Mr. Driscoll also represents a variety of clients in the media and entertainment industries, including publishers, digital content services and television networks and production companies. He has substantial experience in digital media and technology matters, music licensing and entertainment production and has an active intellectual property counseling and licensing practice.
