Jim Dudukovich

Jim Dudukovich joined Blue Apron earlier this year as its marketing, advertising and social media counsel, after nearly 18 years with The Coca-Cola Company. He has extensive experience in reviewing advertising materials, drafting and negotiating high-profile and complex agreements, and counseling across all areas of advertising, marketing, social, mobile and digital media, sponsorship, regulatory, sports, music and soft IP issues. Mr. Dudukovich is active in the advertising industry, including as a former member of the board of directors of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA), and as an active participant on WOMMA’s Legal and Ethics Council and former co-chair of WOMMA’s Legal Affairs Committee, through which he has co-authored several sets of industry guidelines and white papers. He is a frequent speaker on social media and marketing law issues, having participated in or chaired dozens of conferences and guest lectured at a number of law and graduate schools. Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in systems and control engineering with high honors from Case Western Reserve University in 1990 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 1992, although he is a lifelong Ohio State fan.
