Christina Carey Dunleavy is vice president, Disney CreativeWorks, entertainment solutions, and multicultural and inclusive solutions at Disney Advertising. In this role, Ms. Dunleavy is responsible for the long-term multicultural strategy, the business operations of Disney CreativeWorks, and entertainment-based client solutions across The Walt Disney Company’s entertainment and sports offerings through linear, digital, social, audio and ad-supported streaming businesses, including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels Worldwide, Disney Digital, ESPN Networks, ESPN+, Freeform, FX, National Geographic, Hulu, Disney +, and its eight ABC-owned local stations. At the helm of the Multicultural and Inclusive Solutions Division, Ms. Dunleavy is leading Disney Advertising Sales’ continued investment in diversity, equity, and inclusion and focusing on engaging diverse audiences with even greater relevance and authenticity.   

Prior to her current role, Ms. Dunleavy was VP, portfolio integrated marketing and partnerships at Discovery, where she was responsible for development and execution of multi-platform integrated marketing solutions to maximize revenue across Discovery’s portfolio of networks. Before joining Discovery, she served as VP, client partnerships for NBCUniversal, where she was responsible for the development, positioning, and packaging of multi-platform solutions. 

Ms. Dunleavy began her career with Disney in 2001 within Walt Disney Television, working her way to creative director. She was then director at ESPN CreativeWorks, where she managed the development and execution of contextually relevant custom creative and branded programs which were distributed across all ESPN platforms.  

Ms. Dunleavy received her B.S. in management science and marketing from Kean University prior to earning her M.B.A. at the University College Dublin Smurfit School of Business. She is also certified in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University and has completed a course in disruptive strategy from Harvard Business School.
