A lifelong strategist and innovator, Amelia Dunlop leads the Customer Strategy and Innovation business. For the past 20 years she has advised CEOs and business leaders on how to find new sources of growth. Her life’s work is focused on using data, technology, and design to create human experiences that engage hearts and minds.
Ms. Dunlop recently served as a juror at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity for the data and creativity prize. She is a regular contributor to the Wall Street Journal on topics of innovation and the human experience.
Born in London, England, Ms. Dunlop has lived and worked across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and India. She holds degrees from Harvard University, Boston College, and Cambridge University.
