Alicia Enciso joined Nestlé USA in 2013 as chief marketing officer, responsible for providing functional leadership across marketing and consumer communications. In this role, she worked closely with Nestlé’s operating divisions and agency partners to lead brand-building initiatives, consumer insights, consumer communications, and media, including the Center of Excellence in digital and social media. Prior to Nestlé USA, she served as vice president of consumer and corporate communications for Nestlé Mexico, where she was instrumental in strengthening stakeholder engagement programs and building up the digital marketing function for the company. Ms. Enciso holds a B.S. in business administration from Instituto Tecnologico Autónomo de Mexico. She received a graduate certificate in business and administration from Harvard University Extension Program.
