Richard Ettenson is a professor and the Thelma H. Keickhefer fellow of global marketing and brand strategy at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Mr. Ettenson has delivered executive education, M.B.A., and consulting programs across five continents to senior business leaders from a range of global companies. He has also served as a senior technical advisor in the United Nations Development Program (for Marketing) in China. His work has been published in the likes of Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Ad Age, and numerous academic journals.
