Peggy Fang Roe is the global officer of customer experience, loyalty, and new ventures at Marriott International, where she oversees data strategy, analytics, insights, and innovation. She is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end guest experience, growing the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, and developing new revenue streams for the company.
Previously at Marriott International, Ms. Roe was the chief sales and marketing officer for Asia Pacific and co-founded Marriott’s Women in Leadership initiative in Asia Pacific in 2014. She also previously worked for GE Capital, Amazon, and Homestead.com.
Ms. Roe received her master’s from Harvard Business School and bachelor’s from the University of Michigan.
