Gwen Fanger is in-house counsel at Expedia, Inc., where she is responsible as a brand attorney for advertising and marketing law issues for domestic and international brands. Before moving in-house, she was an attorney at Davis Wright Tremaine with a practice focused on commercial litigation and antitrust. Ms. Fanger began her legal career as an attorney for the Federal Trade Commission, where she worked on both antitrust and consumer protection matters, including deceptive advertising claims. Gwen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont McKenna College and her law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
