Michael Farmer is chairman and chief executive officer of Farmer & Company LLC., a strategy consulting firm for advertisers and their advertising agencies. Previously, he was a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and a director of Bain & Company. Mr. Farmer is the author of Madison Avenue Manslaughter, a book about the CEO leadership challenges at ad agencies. He is adjunct assistant professor of branding and integrated communications at The City College of New York. Mr. Farmer has an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. with highest honors from Harvard Business School.
