Rachel Ferdinando is responsible for leading the portfolio, brand strategies and performance for Frito-Lay North America’s Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos and Dips brands, as well as D3 Studios. Prior to PepsiCo, Ms. Ferdinando was the vice president and global sector leader for family care at Kimberly Clark Corporation, responsible for leading the marketing efforts for the $6 billion sector that includes household names such as Kleenex, Scott and Cottonelle. She brings with her experience in fast-moving consumer goods and significant knowledge of the North American and global marketplace. Previously, Rachel was with GlaxoSmithKline for a significant part of her career in both marketing and general management leadership roles in the U.S. and internationally. During her professional career, Ms. Ferdinando has been responsible for operational and strategic marketing roles across a wide range of categories including household care, oral care, consumer healthcare, drinks and beverages, nutritional supplements and skin care. With over 20 years in marketing, she is always energized by uncovering and meeting the needs of both consumers and customers! Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry with first-class honors from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London.
