Lauren Fleischer joined IT’SUGAR earlier this year to unlock the full potential of the brand through buzzworthy marketing and e-commerce innovation. She previously held a variety of marketing roles at Mondelēz International (formerly Kraft Foods). She led the Oreo Colorfilled activation, which was the company’s first foray into product customization and direct-to-consumer e-commerce. Prior to Oreo, she headed communications for Sour Patch Kids and transformed the business through teen-centric marketing programs, including an early adoption of Snapchat and unique uses of influencer talent. Ms. Fleischer was a winner of the 2014 Mondelēz Global Marketing Excellence Award and the 2015 Package Design Rising Star Award. Her work has been received recognition from the Short Awards, CLIO Awards, and the Mashies.
