Michelle Froah

Michelle Froah is the SVP of global marketing strategy and sciences for MetLife, where she leads brand stewardship and is responsible for identifying insights and defining strategies to better anticipate and deliver on customer needs and market opportunities.

Previously, Ms. Froah led the digital transformation strategy for Samsung Electronics America, helping to move the company from a product-centric to a consumer-centric lifecycle. She has also held senior roles with Kimberly-Clark, where she was the Asia Pacific regional CMO, and Procter & Gamble, where she was a senior leader in P&G Beauty Care with roles across operations, product supply, sales, and global brand management.

Ms. Froah holds an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business as well as a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University.
