Michelle Froah is the SVP of global marketing strategy and sciences for MetLife, where she leads brand stewardship and is responsible for identifying insights that define customer strategies to better anticipate and deliver on customer needs and drive stronger customer relationships.
Previously, Ms. Froah led the digital transformation strategy for Samsung Electronics America, moving the company from a product-centric to a consumer-centric lifecycle. She’s also served as the Asia Pacific regional CMO and the global feminine care director for Kimberly-Clark, and was a senior leader in P&G Beauty Care, with roles across operations, sales, and global brand management.
Ms. Froah holds an M.B.A. from the Tippie College of Business as well as a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University.
