Lynne Fuller-Andrews is vice president and deputy general counsel for Hanesbrands Inc. Based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Hanesbrands Inc. is a global consumer goods company with a portfolio of leading apparel essentials. Some of the company’s brands include Hanes, Champion, Playtex, Bali, L’eggs and Maidenform. Ms. Fuller-Andrews’ responsibilities include protecting the company’s interests with regard to all commercial matters, including those related to sales, advertising and marketing. Additionally, she is tasked with overseeing the management of the company’s intellectual property portfolio. Lynne is responsible for negotiating complex commercial sales transactions, product development and licensing agreements, and sponsorship and endorsement agreements. Ms. Fuller-Andrews regularly advises and counsels her clients on antitrust issues, advertising, marketing and general intellectual property issues, including those relating to talent rights, rights of publicity, copyrights, trademarks, social media marketing, e-commerce and privacy laws. Lynne received her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and industrial relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
