As general counsel for Epsilon and its Conversant business, Lisa Staler Gallerano is responsible for all legal matters. She serves as the primary advisor to the senior management team, overseeing legal affairs for Epsilon and Conversant. For nearly 20 years, Ms. Gallerano was a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. During this time, she advised Alliance Data and Epsilon on various legal matters, including litigation and merger and acquisition transactions. Lisa has been named to The Best Lawyers in America in commercial litigation annually since 2013, and she is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/U.S.). Outside of work, Ms. Gallerano enjoys spending time with her four children and two dogs, following college sports and NHL hockey, and attending film festivals. Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts in English literature from the University of Dallas and her Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.
