Paul W. Garrity is the managing partner in Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton’s New York office, where he represents clients in complex commercial matters, particularly in the areas of intellectual property, advertising and marketing, trade secrets, and regulatory enforcement. His transactional practice includes counseling clients on new media and emerging marketing platforms and technologies.
Mr. Garrity received his B.A. at the College of the Holy Cross and earned his J.D. from Vermont Law School.
