Brett Gerstenblatt is executive creative director and VP of brand innovation and design at CVS Health.
In this position, Mr. Gerstenblatt and his team partner with executives and senior leaders to explore, design, prototype, test, and deliver proof-of-concepts for the commercialization of new products, services, experiences and business models. This includes the accompanying marketing, advertising, communications, and activations. Mr. Gerstenblatt is also responsible for the company’s insights-driven, human-centered design methodology and the customer experience principles that drive growth through deeper engagement, increased loyalty, and preference.
Mr. Gerstenblatt has led the development of corporate branding and human-centered design initiatives for more than 25 years. He has advised C-suite executives and collaborated with leadership at a broad range of organizations including nonprofits, startups, and Fortune 500s.
