She is part of a dynamic and efficient legal team that works across the business, providing strategic partnering and guidance. Ms. Geseking is responsible for delivering dynamic thinking, challenge and advice to enable the business to find solutions to the problems others ignore. Diana’s primary areas of responsibility include litigation; competitor challenges; marketing; claim substantiation and development; employment matters; antitrust; pricing discrimination and compliance training; product liability and customer experience issues; regulatory compliance; and any other remotely legal-related question that might arise.
