Bree Glaeser is an innovation strategist focused on helping brands prepare for a voice-first world. She leads the Voice Practice at The Mars Agency, a global marketing agency specializing in marketing to consumers across the omnichannel environment, and was a core member of the team that invented and built SmartAisle (SM), the first-of-its-kind voice assistant at brick and mortar retail. She has been cited for her expertise in voice-technology by major media outlets such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes and Bloomberg Markets, and was the recipient of the 2018 Path to Purchase Institute's Women of Excellence in Innovation award.
Bree got into the voice and conversational commerce space via a background in design thinking and strategic planning. She has acted as a coach/industry expert in the field of design thinking — working with M.B.A.s, students, and professionals to identify insights and ideate consumer/user-driven solutions. Prior to The Mars Agency, Bree worked as a market research and brand planning consultant for major brands like Unilever, Danone, and Mondelēz. She also has 5 years of academic research psychology experience at Harvard Medical School and The New School for Social Research. She holds a M.S. in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design.
