Jodi Glickman is founder and CEO of Great on the Job, a leadership development and communication training firm that has trained thousands of the brightest young minds in this country. Jodi is the author of the critically acclaimed book Great on the Job: What to Say, How to Say It, The Secrets of Getting Ahead and is a regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review. Ms. Glickman has appeared on MSNBC, ABC and WGN. Her career advice has been featured in the New York Times, USA Today, US News & World Report, Business Week, Fortune, Forbes, WSJ finance, CNN Money, Glamour, Shape, Real Simple, Chicago Tribune, Huffington Post and others. Jodi was a policy analyst at the U.S. EPA and did brief stints at the White House and Governor’s Office of Illinois. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of ReadWorks.org, a nonprofit aimed at eliminating the achievement gap in reading.
