Aditi J. Gokhale serves as the chief marketing officer for Northwestern Mutual, a leading financial security company. Ms. Gokhale leads an enterprise-wide comprehensive strategy that positions marketing as a strategic business driver. Through data-driven creative and a high-impact marketing strategy, she aims to differentiate the Northwestern Mutual brand and its products in the marketplace, while deepening client engagement. Aditi and her team debuted Northwestern Mutual’s “Spend Your Life Living” 360-degree integrated marketing campaign in December 2017. She joined Northwestern Mutual in April 2016 as chief marketing officer of LearnVest, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual, while also responsible for Northwestern Mutual’s consumer digital marketing. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Ms. Gokhale served as the chief marketing officer for Shutterstock, a leading provider of digital imagery licensing. She also served in several senior marketing leadership roles at leading brands, including Nutrisystem, Travelocity and American Express. Ms. Gokhale received her Master of Business Administration in general management and marketing from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Her bachelor’s degree in marketing and economics is also from MIT. Aditi lives in New York; she is married to Sameer and they have one son.
