Previously, Mr. Goldman ran the digital consultancy Firebrand Group, helped launch Unilever's prestige division, and managed global e-commerce and social media for multiple beauty brands, including Kiehl's, Jurlique, and Temptu. He has written two books, Going Social and Getting to Like, and his writing has appeared in Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and many other outlets.
