Justine Young Gottshall is a partner with the Information Law Group. Ms. Gottshall has extensive experience in privacy, technology, and digital advertising and marketing matters, including user-generated content promotions, social media campaigns, retail promotions, loyalty programs, email and text message marketing, and consumer protection issues. She also advises on privacy, data protection, behavioral targeting, and online and offline advertising issues. Ms. Gottshall has been named a “Chicago 40 under 40” (Chicago Publishing, 2007) and she has been recognized by Chambers for several years in the areas of privacy and data security (national) and media and entertainment (Illinois). Justine serves on the board of Stanford Women on Boards and the leadership team for Executive Women in Privacy.
