Leading Customer Experience and Insights, Renae Grave is responsible for the customer and financial professional experience strategy leveraging key insights to generate long-term, sustainable improvement and build loyalty. Her team collaborates across the organization to conduct research identifying consumer insight-driven strategies.
Prior to joining Allianz Life in 2015, Grave worked for more than 13 years at Target Corporation in Minneapolis. She developed a Voice of the Customer team that influenced business partners to improve customer experience by identifying strategic loyalty solutions. Prior to that, she held various leadership roles in the driving engagement and sales through experiences and financial products.
