An avid surfer and passionate content marketer, Tim represents what it means to live the brand. Since joining the World Surf League (WSL) in 2013, Tim has focused voraciously on helping the league grow its digital presence. Under Tim’s leadership, the WSL has experienced social fan growth of more than 2,700 percent. The WSL now has over 10 million highly-engaged, loyal fans - just across the league’s primary social channels. In addition, and during the same tenure, the WSL has received numerous accolades for their innovative approach to content marketing – including two recent Webby Award nominations. Prior to joining the WSL, Tim was an account manager at theAudience, a social/creative agency working with entertainment properties and sports leagues. Currently, Tim is Chief Community Officer at the WSL. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, Tim is an alumnus of the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
