Tom Griffin is the senior manager of email, SMS, and push marketing for Office Depot, where he drives personalized, cross-platform customer engagement campaigns by leveraging customer data and dynamic content.
Previously at Office Depot, Mr. Griffin managed several of the company’s other branded email programs, including OfficeMax, MaxPerks, and Reliable, and led the migration of these legacy brands into the current Office Depot email program.
Mr. Griffin earned his bachelor’s from Northern Illinois University.
