Scott Griffiths is the CFO of Marketing for Farmers Insurance.
Merging his finance and marketing skills, Scott is responsible for determining where to focus the enterprise’s resources. At Farmers, ‘Marketing’ oversees not only traditional online and offline marketing, but also customer research, internal and external communications, and customer experience.
Coming from across the pond, Griffiths uses U.K. spelling and phrases to confuse audiences when speaking on topics ranging from the evolving role of the CFO, to measuring the ROI of marketing, to enhancing customer experiences through integration.
Griffiths has held several board positions, including Rutgers University, and the Boys & Girls Club of America, where in 2016 he was the recipient of the Corporate Caring for Kids Award.
