Stephen is Co-Chair of the Advertising and Marketing Law Group, Deputy Chair of the Privacy and Data Law Group and a senior Consultant at the London office of international legal practice Osborne Clarke.
Stephen has been consistently ranked by the U.K.’s leading legal profession directories in the top tier for brand management and advertising and marketing. Stephen is Deputy Chair of the Governance Committee of the U.K.’s Direct Marketing Association (DMA). He was also a founder member of the DMA’s Social Media Council, co-wrote the DMA’s first Best Practice Guidelines for Email Marketing and most recently worked on a task force that conceived and curated the DMA’s radically revised new Code of Practice.
He co-founded and edits Osborne Clarke’s marketing law blog www.ocmarketinglaw.com, Europe’s first and still the leading specialist online resource for U.K. and European advertising and marketing law.
