Maggie Windsor Gross is the Head of Strategy for Heat New York. She joined the office shortly after the award-winning creative agency was acquired by Deloitte, and since then has been working to build out Heat’s east-coast presence.
Maggie found her way into strategy because of a love of art, storytelling, game theory, and anthropology - beginning her career in media and communications planning, with a stopover in analytics, digital and social strategy, before leading the brand strategy for some of the world’s most-loved brands. She has worked with brands like American Express, Dos Equis, Starbucks, Samsung, and Coke. Her work and ideas have been featured in the New York Times, Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, and are even spotlighted in the Smithsonian Museum.
